Our network of suppliers spans the Australian continent, across the tropical and temperate climate zones, sourcing from a vast array of primary production systems, species, breed types and meat quality.
As such our product offerings include an extensive range of products and specifications covering the spectrum of quality and price. At the premium end there is the hallmark quality beef categories including; Wagyu, Angus, Grain fed, selected Grass fed, Veal and Yearling beef. For our manufacturing grade customers, we have a strong network of supply from cold and hot boners with cow and bull products. These include; primal cuts, trimmings, bones, offal and by-products. The same scenario applies to supply and offerings of; lamb, mutton, goat, duck and game meats. Our long standing relationships with suppliers in conjunction with their geographical diversity, assists with brand development and continuity of supply during low points in production cycles.
